The work we do here is rooted in an ecological model—recognizing that systemic change requires addressing the many intersections where mass incarceration has contributed to inequities, from legal advocacy and social services to education and policy reform. I’m proud to be part of this ecosystem, supporting record-cleaning initiatives, educational programs, and resources that provide justice-impacted individuals with opportunities to reset and thrive.
