Co-Sponosred by Root & Rebound, East Bay Community Law Center, Anti-Recidivism Coalition, Alliance for Boys and Men of Color, and Legal Services for Prisoners with Children, this law removes the blanket ban on felony convictions for certain Consumer Board occupational licenses, opening access to meaningful employment for hundreds of thousands of Californians.
