The Fresno County Public Defender’s Office, Root & Rebound, and Central California Legal Services, Inc. (referred to below as Partners), are offering this free legal clinic as a public service to qualifying low-income participants who have a criminal record eligible for expungement. These Partners are NOT YOUR LAWYER, but are volunteers giving you legal information about the expungement process. There is no attorney-client relationship between you and the Partners who conduct this clinic. Communications between you and the Partners are NOT confidential. The Partners will provide legal information and self-help assistance only. If you need personalized legal advice or wish to be represented in court, you must arrange for services with an attorney. The Partners offering this program are NOT responsible for the outcome of your case.
